By enrolling in any service offered by Root to Restore, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Services

Root to Restore provides nutrition consultation and coaching services based on current scientific evidence and professional expertise.

The services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Clients are advised to consult their physician before starting any nutrition or lifestyle program, if they have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are on medication.
2. Personalization & Results

All nutrition plans are personalised based on individual goals, preferences, and health history.

Results may vary from person to person depending on compliance, lifestyle, metabolism, and health conditions.
3. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments must be made in advance to confirm the consultation or package.

One-time consultations and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Missed consultations or lack of client engagement will not be eligible for refunds or extensions.
4. Consultation & Communication
-
Monthly and 3-month packages include daily monitoring via WhatsApp during agreed working hours.

Responses may not be immediate and will be provided within reasonable timeframes.

Weekly consultation calls must be scheduled in advance.
5. Plan Validity & Freezes

Packages are valid only for the duration purchased.

Freezing or extending packages is generally not permitted, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Root to Restore.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate health, medical, and dietary information
-
Informing the nutritionist about any changes in health status or medication
-
Following the plan to the best of their ability and communicating challenges openly

7. Confidentiality

All personal and health information shared by the client is kept strictly confidential.

Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
8. Intellectual Property

All diet plans, educational material, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Root to Restore.

These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed.
9. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

Root to Restore reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

The client is non-compliant or disrespectful

There is misuse of services or communication platforms

Payment terms are violated
-
10. Updates to Terms

Root to Restore may update these terms and conditions at any time.

Continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Root to Restore, we aim to be fair and transparent while respecting the time and effort involved in personalized nutrition care.
11.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted if a cancellation request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled one-time consultation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Once a consultation has been conducted, it is not eligible for a refund.

Monthly and 3-month packages are non-refundable once the program has commenced, due to the personalised nature of the service.
11.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

One-time consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Requests made within 24 hours may be considered as a completed session.

Weekly consultation calls included in packages must be scheduled in advance.
11.3 Package Validity & Holds

Packages are valid only for the duration purchased.

Package pauses, extensions, or transfers are not permitted, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Root to Restore.
12. Exceptions
In rare cases (such as medical emergencies), requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of any exception does not guarantee a refund and remains at the sole discretion of Root to Restore.
